Day tickets purchased on the Reservoir banks are dearer, charged as follows:
£15 senior, £10 concessionary/junior. Non-payers on the bank will be asked to leave.
Currently, there are no volunteers available to sell day tickets on the bank, so all must be purchased from Hazels convenience store. Bailiffs will specify according to circumstance if caught fishing without a ticket.
Under 12’s can fish for free, but must be accompanied by a Senior Member or adult valid day ticket holder. (Does not apply to attendees at organised junior angling sessions).
All anglers must also hold appropriate EA licence(s), available on-line.
At the agm on 24 Feb 2026, it was agreed to increase prices for adult memberships to £75 for adults (16 t0 65 inc), retaining £55 for consessionaries (over 65’s and registered disabled members), £25 for junior members (up to 16), for the 2026/7 season commencing 1st April 2026..
It is not expected that any members will want to join just for March, but selling shops will honour the prices quoted in the existing valid handbooks until 31st March if one is issued.
We endeavour to have handbooks for the season on sale in the shops by 1st April, but are dependent upon printers and volunteers to meet that deadline. In the unlikely event that deadline is not met, sale of memberships will have to temporarily cease until the books become available. Then, the club will continue to honour previous season memberships until the new books become available for sale. This will only be the case if the committee has confirmed the delay. Unfortunately, we would not be able to apply this temporary consession to RFA waters without specific agreement of the RFA.
