Clive Vale Reservoirs, Harold Road, Hastings. (open all year)
A mixed fishery comprising of two small reservoirs divided by a gravel track. Both reservoirs contain Common and Mirror Carp to 15lbs, Tench to 4lbs, Roach, Rudd and Perch to 2lb, Crucian Carp to 2lbs, Bream to 2lbs, Eels to 4lb and small Gudgeon. Only barbless hooks are permitted. Loose feeding with any bait other than maggots and hemp is not permitted. Keep nets are not allowed unless a competition is taking place. Junior matches are held at this water on saturdays throughout the summer. More information regarding competition dates will be posted in Club News online and in local tackle shops and papers.
Day tickets can be purchased for this water on the day from the water bailiff or at discount from Hazel’s shop in Harold Road.

The Beeches, Wittersham. (open all year)
A small lake owned by CVAC located just north of Blackwall bridge, Wittersham. This water contains Common and Mirror Carp to 12lbs+, Tench to 4lbs, Roach and Rudd to 2lbs, Perch to 3lbs, Eels to 4lbs and small Gudgeon. This water although recently stocked now holds a large number of small Tench, Carp, Roach and Rudd which have bred successfully.

Saunders Gravel Pit, Rye Harbour. (Open 1st June until 14th March)
A extensive former gravel works. containing large Mirror and Common Carp to 20lbs+, Bream to 5lbs+, Tench to 5lbs+, Rudd and Roach to 2lbs+, Perch to 2lbs+ and Eels to 5lbs+. The water is deep and banks are steep in places. Junior anglers must be accompanied by an adult member when fishing this water. This water is currently limited to 30 anglers a day.
There are no toilet facilities at this venue. Anglers are reminded that all rubbish generated must be removed from site at the end of each fishing session. Proven failure to do so will result in a life time ban from the club.
Members are advised that dirt bikes, quad bikes and mountain bikes are not allowed around the water. If you are fishing, please do not invite others to come and visit you, this is a private water, non members are not allowed, exceptions to this are accompanied children and or spouses. Fishing is available between Dawn to Dusk only, night fishing is not allowed and ALL members should be off the premises before dark

Point Field Pit, Camber. (Open 1st June until 14th March)
The lake, which is a gravel pit of about 3 acres, contains Carp (mid to upper doubles), Rudd (to at least 1lb) and Eels (5lb+). There are other species present.
There is off road parking through the metal gates – the lock combination is the same as Saunders. No driving to the swims! Particular concern has been occasions of the main road gate being left open, which is inexcusable and, given presence of animals and fast road, risks a very serious road traffic incident.
A 2 Rod limit per angler has been introduced due to the popularity of this water. Anglers must be within 10m of their baited rods, the butts of which must be less than 3m apart.
For environmental reasons, especially given previous occurance of blue algae growth, a bait limit of 2kg per day per angler has been introduced. Bailiffs were authorised by the membership at AGM to strictly impose this restiction. Blue algae growth has been widely accepted as being aggrevated by excessive ground baiting, especially in ‘land-locked still waters’ such as Point Field.It causes a serious health hazard to fish, pond life and animals that swim in it .
For similar reasons, the use of ‘spods, spombs and bait boats’ is probibited at Point Field.
Night fishing at Point Field is number limited with bookings only via the booking agent. Maximum 2 consequtive nights per angler per booking and must be pre-booked via bailiff/ booking agent, Carrie Kellar by phone 07368 690561.
There are no toilet facilities at Point Field. Any associated proven anti-social behaviour, including rubbish left on site by anglers, will result in an immediate life time ban from the club and affiliated angling clubs made aware. Such activity may also result in the loss of angling permission from the landowner and the immediate loss of this very valued venue.
For safety, anglers under 7 years of age are not permitted to fish at night on club waters and any junior angler less than 12 years must be attended by a senior member who will be resonsible for the actions of that junior.
Members only at Point Field– no day tickets.
Directions – From Rye take the Camber Road towards Camber, after the left hand bend (with the island) look for the wind-surfing lake on your right. Towards the end of this just before you come to a sharp right hand you will see the lake on your left. There are farm buildings on the Camber side of the lake. Ignore the wooden gates and enter by the metal gates right on the bend.
Members may also fish the small meadow pond.
